How To Get Sea Salt
As you know the water in the seas of the world consist of saltwater. Extraction of the salt is pretty straight forward. First collect saltwater into containers. Next filter the water through as fine a mesh as you have. All of the salt and water will go through. Nothing that is filtered is anything you wanted.
In addition to filtering or instead of filtering you can let the water sit and lots of the particules will settle out. Just be careful to siphon/scoop off the water as gently as possible so as not to disturb the bottom. You will have to leave some of the water behind and only take the top and middle sections of the water.
Now take the filtered water and evaporate off the water. Boiling the water in a pot is the quickest way to get the salt. But you can use evaporation from direct sunlight as well or any combination of the two.
After the water boils away you are left with salt and trace minerals. This salt will be fine to consume as is. Some companies sell salt collected just like this with no further purification process.
